1. Definitions

• "Anurak," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the educational business operating under the name Anurak, located at 310 Ratchawithi Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.

• "Service" or "Course" — any educational programme, session, workshop, advisory call, or related material offered by Anurak.
• "User," "you," "your" — any individual who accesses the Website or participates in a Course.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website or enrolling in a Course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and accept these Terms in full. Anurak provides educational courses focused on foreign currency awareness for adults aged 40 and above, conducted in Bangkok, Thailand. Current course offerings include:

• How Currency Markets Affect Your Money — a foundational introduction to exchange rate dynamics (฿4,500)
• Managing Currency Exposure in Personal Finance — intermediate exploration of personal multi-currency considerations (฿10,200)
• Currency Considerations in Retirement Planning — in-depth guidance for those planning retirement with international financial elements (฿16,200)

Course availability, schedules, formats, and included materials may change from time to time. Details confirmed at the point of enrolment are binding for that enrolment.

4. Enrolment and Eligibility

Courses are open to adults aged 18 and over, though the content is specifically developed with participants aged 40 and above in mind. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

Enrolment is personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer your place on a course to another individual without our written consent.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Website or participating in our Courses, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information during registration and enrolment
• Treat facilitators and fellow participants with courtesy and respect
• Refrain from recording, reproducing, or distributing course sessions or materials without written permission
• Not use course content to develop competing educational products or services
• Not misrepresent course content or Anurak's position in any public communication
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Website and participation in Courses

Prohibited activities include submitting false information, using automated tools to scrape or access the Website, and engaging in conduct that disrupts course delivery or the experience of other participants.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Courses — including session materials, reference guides, worksheets, frameworks, case studies, and written documents — remains the intellectual property of Anurak unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Upon enrolment and payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials provided for your own personal educational purposes. This licence does not permit you to share, reproduce, sell, or adapt these materials for any other purpose.

Our name, logo, and course names are protected marks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment. We accept payment through the methods listed on our Website at the time of purchase.

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store complete payment card details on our systems.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by participant

• Cancellations received more than 14 days before the first course session: full refund minus any transaction fees
• Cancellations received 7–14 days before the first session: 50% refund
• Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the first session: no refund, though you may request to transfer your enrolment to a future cohort subject to availability

Cancellation by Anurak

If we cancel a course for any reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative session. We are not liable for any indirect costs incurred as a result of such cancellation.

Course changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to course schedules, formats, and facilitators without triggering a refund obligation, provided the core learning outcomes remain materially unchanged.

9. Disclaimers

Our courses are educational in nature and are intended to raise awareness and improve understanding of currency markets. Nothing in our course content constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to take any specific financial action.

Currency markets are inherently uncertain. Past exchange rate behaviour does not indicate future movements. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making decisions based on anything discussed in our courses.

The Website and course materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations about their completeness or suitability for any particular purpose beyond their educational intent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Anurak's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of income, opportunity, or financial loss arising from decisions made on the basis of course content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Anurak, its facilitators, and staff harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of course materials, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Website or participation in a course with reasonable notice if you breach these Terms. In the event of termination due to your breach, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of any course.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. We will endeavour to respond within 14 business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anurak regarding your use of our Website and services.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
