Why Anurak

What Makes Our Approach Different

Designed for Your Stage of Life

The courses address the specific financial realities that matter most to adults over 40 — savings, retirement, multi-currency assets — not abstract market theory.

Honest About Uncertainty

Currency markets are inherently unpredictable. We do not offer formulas or simple answers — instead, we help you develop a clear-eyed understanding and a thoughtful response.

Small Group Learning

Sessions are kept to small numbers so there is time for real questions, personal context, and unhurried discussion — not a lecture hall experience.

Thailand-Grounded Content

Everything is taught through the lens of life in Thailand — Baht movements, Thai bank products, regional travel, and the practical realities of Bangkok finance.

No Prior Knowledge Needed

Whether you are approaching currency topics for the first time or looking to deepen an existing understanding, the courses are structured to meet you where you are.

Practical Materials Included

Every course comes with written guides, worksheets, or strategy documents you can refer to long after the sessions end — not slide decks left on a server.

Common Questions

Things People Often Ask

Do I need any background in finance or economics? +

None at all. The introductory course is specifically designed for people who have no previous familiarity with currency markets. We start from the foundations and build up gradually. For the higher-level courses, some familiarity with personal finance is helpful, but formal training is not expected.

Are the sessions held in person or online? +

The courses take place at our Bangkok location on Ratchawithi Road, Ratchathewi. We find that in-person learning allows for richer conversation and a better atmosphere for asking questions. If you are based outside Bangkok or have specific constraints, please contact us and we can discuss alternatives.

How many people attend each session? +

We deliberately keep groups small — typically six to ten participants — so that there is time for personal questions and discussion. It is not a lecture format. We find that adults over 40 generally learn more when they can share their specific situations rather than sitting in a large anonymous class.

Will I be told what to do with my money after the course? +

The courses are educational, not advisory. We do not recommend specific products, banks, or investment actions. What we offer is the knowledge and frameworks to help you ask better questions and make more considered decisions — whether you then consult a financial adviser or review your own arrangements.

Which course is right for me? +

It depends on where you are now. If you are mostly curious about how exchange rates work and affect your daily life, Course One is the natural starting point. If you already hold assets in multiple currencies or travel regularly, Course Two may be more suited to you. Course Three is specifically aimed at those thinking carefully about retirement in a multi-currency context. We are happy to discuss your situation directly — just reach out.

What is the payment process? +

After your initial enquiry we will confirm availability for the next cohort and send you enrollment details. Payment is made in Thai Baht and can be arranged via bank transfer. A receipt and course confirmation will be sent once payment is received. We ask for full payment prior to the first session.
